The location is within 5-10 mins of 2 large supermarkets, 5 minutes from a lovely green space, and the same for the historic centre. Tip: If you are struggling to get hot water from the bathroom tap adjoining the bedroom, simply turn the shower on for a few seconds and you will get hot water from the tap. We really enjoyed our stay. Amelie is a fantastic host. I don't think we have stayed anywhere better. Thank you so much.”

  The location is amazing. Close to underground station, food store, cafes, the George pub, post office, bus, camden markets. Our studio was clean, tidy, well equipted with all we needed. Comfortable bed, great to have cooking facilities and washing machine a life saver. Easy to access the property the hosts instructions was awesome.

  The bathroom just needs a little bit more ventilation it smelt a bit damp. We kept door open to keep as much ventilation as possible.

  A generously sized room and bathroom set in very pleasant surrounds. The room was warm and breakfast was very good. Parking was easy.

  The bed was a bit hard and lumpy, but was a good size. A long walk to the room and steps for older people carrying luggage weren't ideal with no offer of assistance.

  No elevator Not suitable for people with knees or balance issues or with heavy luggage. Very steep and dangerous stairs between second and third floors No sense of customer service or customer satisfaction. I asked them to clean the terrace / roof overlooking my window twice. Once on first day and second time on 4th day. Nothing happened ( picture attached ).

  Felt very spacious and airy, the fridge had a revolting smell which I had to clean before putting food in. The kitchen could do with updating. We didn’t stay at the property in the end.

  1- mouldy curtains in the bedroom. 2- no water from 1:30am on the last evening.(called and weren't very helpful, said he'd ring the main office then no communication from him at all after that. Had to go to main reception our selfs!!) 3- hot tub wasn't the best, only one setting worked, speakers didn't work, lights didn't work, said the filter was over due by 18days! Guy that came on the Tuesday to 'check' hot tub didn't even test water just chucked some chlorine in! 4- old bandage with blood on down beside hot tub! 5- no grill door on the cooker. 6- Shower was so dirty and stunk of damp. Shower head was black. 7- dirty smelling bedding or towels chucked in to the bedroom cupboard that stunk! 8- sheet on the mattress/bed was ripped! This is the 3rd cabin we've stayed in owned by your selfs and we've always enjoyed our stay but this time was really disappointing!
