Perfect location in centre of town . Easy easy check in and what a bonus an underground parking , very safe and only 5 pound for 24 hours . Room was lovely and the most comfy bed . Great place to stay for a day night in Darlington

Very good location, there is a grocery store nearby and the sea is in front of the house. Milk,coffee and tea were in our room and there was an electric kettle too.

The bathroom didn't has a real door, we think it was a built-in wardrobe before, and the door of the wardrobe stayed, after it was rebuilt into a bathroom. It was inconvenient,because there was a gap between the door wings. Once, when we went to have breakfast, there were no room for us in the dining room ( =there were less chairs than guests)

In the reception there seemed to be lots of people who weren’t hotel guests and but were able to freely roam the hotel.

Very close to Paddington Station, the room was not very big but serves its purpose by being very convenient.

You would hear the trains from 6:00 am to 12:00 midnight, and given we were living on the basement floor, we could hear the trains go by.

Poor host. Hot tub didn’t work. Steam room didn’t work. Complaint raised. Partial refund requested. No comms. Very disappointing. Sykes also didn’t assist. Shame on you.
