The room that we stayed in was pleasant. The bathrooms are shared, but still quite clean. The room had everything we needed to stay for 3 days except a hair dryer. The WiFi worked great. The was an iron and board in the room, as well as cable extensions!

The fire detector outside the room needed a battery replacement so it beeped quite often and, although the owner did not fix this in the 3 days we were there, the door was sound-proof enough that it wasn't a problem. The shower fixture on the wall was broken and the stall was quite small but overall really clean and tidy. No soap or hair dryer was available at the property. The towels were slightly stained but clean and we were only provided one each (no hair towel)

It was spotlessly clean and in a great location with easy access to the underground. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen/ living room space was great. The sofa chairs were a great addition for the little ones.

It’s obviously very new and there were some small details that were missing that would add to the property. Access to the outdoor balcony or ability to open a window, tea towel to dry dishes and a lamp for the evening. Very minor details as the property was in great condition .

Wonderful hosts. Nice room. Lovely 15 minute walk into Broadway. We stayed 2 nights but could have stayed for a week. Breakfast was excellent.

Access to rooms complicated by a maze of narrow corridors and using fire doors. No drinking water bottles in the room. Has to be collected at the reception given on personal request. No cooler facilities in the room to store any milk and other items. An extra charge of £6.00 made for simply parking the car within the premises in the open!
