Breakfast was lovely as always, location of the hotel is excellent, right on the sea front. What more could you ask for. Sea view room was perfect. This was our 3rd stay here and we were lucky enough to have the same room as our first stay! Perfect!!

The restaurant was closed for other than Breakfast. I therefore required to eat Dinner at another venue. Car parking was extortionately priced - managed by some franchise. The bedside lighting in my room was far too dim to read by. The elevator was out of order (thankfully, I'd pre-booked a ground floor room!). All transactions were by Bank Card only.

The house is very large.

The owner will be staying with you in the property. He is very rude and accused me of eating a packet of noodles from his kitchen. When we arrived he also said I was being too loud whilst making a work phone call. He also has a parrot in the kitchen. 3 dogs who were barking loudly all night. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have had and I would not recommend booking. You are better off finding somewhere else.
