  The place was easy to find and information relating to parking was helpful. There was a bit of communication about difficulties checking us in, but quickly solved via Whatsapp and access to a key safe. Alexandra was more than helpful. The room was great - really nicely decorated with very comfy beds. Good selection of tea / coffee and biscuits - spacious shower room. Good value for money - and there was a sitting room downstairs, though we didn't actually use that. Great central location for all Stratford offers - we were going to the theatre and that was just a short walk. Plenty of eating places nearby - a very useful guest information pack gives details. Definitely a place we will return to.

  Prior to arrival I made contact twice via Booking.com messaging to check it would be ok to leave the car while we were at the theatre - only got a reply the morning we left home. However subsequent communication more than compensated for that.

  Price was fantastic, particularly as it included breakfast (which was fab!) Good location with.plenty of buses to take you into the centre. The property seemed very clean. Nice touches such as biscuits and a small french press in the room.

  A very convenient spot on the main drag between Fort William and Kyle of Lochlash. Rooms were clean, comfy and welcoming. Plenty of parking and an easy walk into Spean Bridge. Friendly and helpful manager.

  The suite is spacious and love the large separate bedroom and large comfortable bed. The couches are also very comfortable.

  Our suite only had 1 wine glass, 2 other glasses 2 cups and 2 bowls !! I appreciate that there would have been more to start with but the management have obviously not replaced breakages over time. It was just as well that we were not entertaining over the weekend otherwise we would have been embarrassed ! I would rather pay a refundable deposit up front to guarantee that there are at least 4 of everything in the flat than have such a poor stock of equipment.

  The shower was tiny, the staff were unhelpful and were unable to listen when I was informing them of any issues and I found multiple dead fruit flies on the curtains, multiple dead flies over the floor that had likely been swept out of the way instead cleaned up and there was mould in one of the vents in the middle of the room, awful quality for the price in comparison to many other chain hotels
