We had room 8, which was large with a very nice bathroom. The room was at the back of the hotel overlooking the garden and was quiet, as it had no room above or below. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is quite far from the city centre, but buses into the city stop outside and run frequently.

The property was clean and comfy and perfect for our weekend at Snetterton for the BTCC, was out all day but lovely to have a comfy place to come back to in the evening, enjoyed the chocolates and the supplies that were left, very appreciated

We had a fabulous time here, lots of space and everything presented beautifully. A real home from home, plus a swimming pool! Great communications, easy to find and such a peaceful location all added to the experience. 100% recommended!

Super clean, large kitchen which was also super clean. One shared bathroom which was no problem when i stayed. Again clean and tidy. Simple and clean place. I will defo stop again if in the area.

If they had offered earlier check in time for a fee as had arrived early so had to wait 2 hours till check in. Would be a bit of extra revenue for them as Travelodge charge £10.00 which I would have gladly paid.

I had the misfortune to be checked in by Fleur, who is a manager of the reception, who was not in a good mood and decided to "manage" me the same way that she manages her staff, for whom I feel sorry as they are charming people. She engaged condescendingly and was not interested in the slightest what I had to say about my stay in Cambridge, as she wasn't listening, although she asked all the "right" questions. Ultimately, she made a mistake with my billing as well, which I had to amend with her colleagues the next day, who were way different from her, and I feel sorry if they have to work under such management. After all, if their manager can allow herself to treat a customer like that upon arrival, how does she treat her subordinates? I also wonder how you get to a managerial position in hospitality without the ability to handle customers appropriately. Thankfully I can't fault any of the rest of the staff, they were impeccable.
