Honestly the garden is absolutely stunning, such a magical little place to stay. Super easy to get in to the bathroom and kitchen space. The tent comes with flashlights which is a nice touch. Plus the cats are gorgeous. There's plenty of places to sit in the garden to soak up your surroundings, plus free parking on the street outside the address. Host is very quick to respond!

As someone who camps a lot, I found the camping gear not too ideal. Despite sleeping in my fleece, socks and joggers, I was FREEZING. The duvet and sleeping bag were just not graded well enough for the cold temps at night. Plus I wasn't a huge fan of the bed frame, wasn't as comfortable as a roll matt. If I was staying here for more than one night I think I'd struggle, for the price your basically paying to stay in their lovely garden and not for a comfortable sleep in the tent. Plus if there were more people in the garden, I wouldn't feel super comfortable.

Great location. Lovely room, lots of storage. Generous tea tray. Toiletries and tissues etc a nice touch in bathroom. Bed was huge and really comfortable although very creaky. Everywhere was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really good aircon.

Room up 3 flights of stairs, no lift. Breakfast was tasty, however maybe it was an off day as it felt like they had run out of food. I think cutting a slice of already very small black pudding in half was a bit mean, same with the mushrooms and beans about a desert spoon of each and the smallest hash brown I have ever seen, definitely not as shown in photos. No fresh fruit, cold meats etc or pastries as shown in photos either in the cold selection....just loads of sliced bread and cereals.

Was able to walk from train to property. Easily accessible by foot to cafes, and activities. Wish I could have stayed on longer.

Was certain I had reserved a breakfast time with reception upon arrival, only to be turned away when I arrived the next morning.

The location - 10-15 minutes walk from city centre. It is an old house but the room had a new bathroom, with a great shower.
