The closeness to town helped - this was the first 'mySTAYINN' I'd ever stayed in(!), so found everything a wee bit ominous as in would codes work etc but was very glad to discover that things went fine! Altho' room + bathroom were small, bed was comfy, ensuite was fine too. Having stayed in another couple of like-accomodation in Inverness over month of May, this was by far the cleanest (spotless!), and certainly most welcoming even without staff! This house had nice aura about it, too.

Definitely the service from Steve and Joseph, they were very warm and welcoming from the minute we arrived. We had rearranged that we are vegetarian and pescetarian - this was not an issue at any stage, we had breakfast and evening meals for the duration of our stay. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. The guest sitting room is lovely, warm and welcoming. We were a 10 minute easy walk to the beach and town centre

Loved most things, it was all very compact and the owners had thought of everything. Even done their best to keep us fed. Comfortable and very spacious bed, great hot tub and decking area, lovely soaps and refreshments. First time glamping and would definitely do it again.

This is more constructive than a complaint, I felt we could've had better cutlery, maybe something else for cooking/eating for breakfast, not a massive cereal fan but just my personal preference, the decking was massive but I feel it was difficult to sit together and ever share a drink let alone some food. As I said in the positive part it's my first time glamping and maybe because of all the positives with the pod I expected more, that isn't a criticism of the facilities at all.

Although our room had a view it overlooked a children's playground and fair. At £18 per person I expected to be served at a table not a buffet. The layout of the breakfast buffet was unorganised. We weren't greeted by breakfast staff and were left standing despite my husband having g a disability. We weren't aware animals were allowed. We were woken at 6.00 am by dogs barking.
