Accommodation was really good; clean, comfortable and spacious. Very central to Windsor. Staff at Castle properties easy to contact and very helpful. There are 2 flights of stairs up to the property which may be difficult for some. Lacked a few kitchen essentials and no toiletries provided but supermarket just across the street. Would stay here again.

Lovely host who was quick to respond, and great facilities. A small food hamper was a nice welcome and there was an information pack on things to do in the area. The host is very knowledgeable and could advise us on ferry times, dry cleaner opening times, etc. The sheep in the field next to the house was a lovely countryside surprise

Note the castle-esque photo on the accommodation page is *not* the accommodation itself, but a building in the landscape views from the property. May be obvious to some, maybe not to the last minute rushed booker!

The property was beautifully decorated, it felt like a home away from home. It was comfortable, all commented how comfortable the beds were. Kitchen well equipped. Location was ideal, walking distance to town and many local sites and parks. We wished we had booked longer!

It would be perfect to have a permit for the parking spaces directly outside the apartment for ease. Appreciate parking in Bath is near impossible! Felt nervous leaving our car out of sight but all was OK.

We had a lovely stay....the room was great very clean and with a lovely ensuite bathroom. The property was beautiful and in a great location about a 15 min walk to Surbiton train station. Just perfect for our short stopover.

floors not well cleaned, toilet flush handle broken upstairs , toilet seat seemed broken downstairs . write up said 2 doubles ( 1 being sofa bed ) and the sofa bed didn’t seem to be a double - we called to check this : if there was a different way of setting it up as not clear and . when made up it is more like a single , and we had 4 adults . if there is a different way to assemble instructions would be helpful.
