      Beautiful hotel in lovely grounds and picturesque location but close to Lincoln Town Centre. The best of both worlds! Our single rooms were cosy, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too. We'd stay again.

      The property at Rookery Nook is converted from the eaves of a property, tall people watch your heads! The property is very modern and really well equipped and super clean. The host was so friendly and helpful.

      The bed isn’t the most comfortable and due to the nature of the property floor plan it’s right against the wall, but ok for a short stay.

      The food was really good, it was a turkey roast. Breakfast was good also, we had cereal and toast but it was great choice in the breakfast menu
