Noisy, floor creaked every step you take, it was hot in the room despite opening a window, chair in room was covered in white drips, the spoon in the cup for tea and coffee was dirty, tables in the dining room for breakfast were dirty and we were first to arrive.

We loved everything but noted that there was only one 'reading light' for relaxing in the living room (one for each sofa would be great next time) and seniors like us will found the beds too low to use without effort.
