The location is superb. Right in the middle of Soho with restaurants, jazz clubs, pubs, cocktail bars right outside the door. Very easy stroll to Leicester Square, Portrait and National Galleries, Piccadilly Circus, West-end etc etc. Clean linen; sizeable, well-equipped kitchen. Quiet, thanks to secondary glazing.

Apartment’s tired and could do with a bit of TLC: handle broken on cupboard door, basin tap loose, basin drained very, very slowly, no plug. Cushions could be cleaner.

very nice hotel, ample parking, evening meal was ok, had burger and chips, burger was very very well done and came with fries. Guinness, £7 a pint. very quite room however, quite a distance away from reception, closer to the pub next door. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. complimentary cookie on check-in

was really disappointed that the pool was unavailable due to maintenance work, if I had known that sooner, (booked the room 2 days before stay) i would have chosen a different hotel. Noise from the pub delivery next door at 5.55am. minimal toietries, not enough coffee in room.

Fantastic and kind host, really easy to get into the property and everything needed at the house for our mini family stay. Loads of room for everyone and very close to a lovely beach. Quiet location near to supermarkets and motorway. Highly recommended

The whole flat needed a deep clean. The carpets were dirty, the paintwork was patchy, the shower curtain was dirty and on a broken shower rail, a large crack in the bathroom wall, mould on the ceiling, there was a large clump of dust hanging from the bottom of the radiator in the living room, a cut off aerial cable was hanging from the window, the cooker in the kitchen needed cleaning, the fridge didn’t look as though it had been cleaned, a frying pan had remnants from someone else’s cooking.
