Host was friendly and inviting. Showed us the property and explained everything we needed to know. Beds were comfortable. Apartment had everything we needed for the short stay. Location is beautiful with large gardens and a pond to walk around. The surrounding countryside is also stunning.

Property needs a lot of TLC. If the hosts addressed some of the concerns raised by the guests then this would be an amazing apartment to stay in. Apartment was cold due to draughts. The downstairs window in one bedroom does not fully close so can be opened from the outside, this not only made the bedroom draughty but also for safety reasons we chose to sleep our daughter in the upstairs bedroom which meant we were sleeping in a much smaller bed downstairs. Upstairs toilet is not attached to wall or floor so moves around causing safety concerns. Toilet seat on one downstairs toilet was loose. Hand rail to walk upstairs was loose and needs properly fixing to wall (looks like a bad repair job was done to it). Furniture was worn with large rips in sofa and the arms to the sofa fall off.

Wonderful location in the heart of Dartmouth. Easy access to the town and amenities. Beautiful property, extremely comfortable and lovely furnishings. Very well equipped with everything needful for a family stay. Excellent communication from owners.

Nicely furnished, comfortable and generally clean. Great TV in the lounge. Although it’s on the main road into Bath, the apartment itself was quiet. Plenty of tea and coffee provided. Supermarket is a very short walk away for those things you forgot.

Lots of mould around the bath and tiles in main bathroom which made it feel dirty. The shower above the bath causes water to run onto the floor, soaking the bath-mat. There was no iron that we could find, although when we contacted the management agency they said there should have been one. The Nespresso machine hadn’t been emptied or cleaned since the last guests were in. In attempting to clean in without a pod in, the machine leaked water all over the worktop, so that couldn’t be used despite the plentiful supply of pods. Middle bedroom is constantly noisy due to a boiler or other machinery in the ceiling above the utility closet. This disturbed the sleep of one of our party. There were massive potholes in the lane leading to the parking at the back of the building making it difficult to get to the parking entrance. TVs in bedrooms didn’t appear to work as they had no aerial connection. It may have been possible to get streaming services on these, but I couldn’t be bothered to faff about with them.

Breakfast was 10/10, room was lovely, clean, and cosy with amazing sea view. And Justin and the staff were 10/10 in making sure your stay was perfect. Definitely recommend 100% 😊

Parking could become a problem if you don't arrange to have a parking space at the back of the hotel, luckily we did which made it so much better for us.

We weren't put in the room we booked. We contacted them about this and were told it was a "significant upgrade" I care to disagree. The room when we turned up was dirty with spliffs, vapes, rizzlas, shredded cans, bottle tops, dust, broken doors etc. We were told people would come and clean our hot tub twice a day... we didn't see one staff member in the 3 days we were there. The duvet wasn't big enough for the bed so one of us was constantly cold. We were also charge extra for our little puppy (which I don't have an issue with) but the room wasn't safe for him to be in with shrapnel on the floor so spent the entire time having to dig things from his paws or mouth. Noisy neighbours late into the night even though the room we originally booked was secluded and specifically quiet. We have tried to contact them outside of a bad review multiple times using multiple emails and phone numbers to no avail. So here I am. Booking.com asked for a review, our experience wasn't a good one.
