Wishing to extend our stay at the very last minute they managed to shuffle rooms to fit us in. The welcome was warm and friendly and everything ready for us in a lovely room with a great en-suite. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and all had an outstanding meal so there was no question about where we would eat on our second night. All staff were extremely helpful and smiley and nothing was too much trouble. The whole place is run at a very high standard of efficiency but very discreetly. The breakfast selection of freshly cooked food is absolutely delicious and really puts a smile on the grumpiest of morning faces. Don't bother trying to save a pound somewhere else - stay at the A&E, you won't regret it.

Just returned from a 2 night stay. Very clean, comfortable accommodation in a good location with excellent free parking. Could not fault it. Danny was the perfect host. Extremely attentive, he made you feel very welcome. Breakfast was really good, lots to choose from including a very tasty full English. We would definitely stay here again.😀

Had a late check in but had to wait a while for someone to come to let us in. No bin or outside bin for recycling, maybe a lamp by the bed as lights quite bright, dustpan and brush would be handy

The apartment is extremely run down with paper hanging off the wall and damp this is due to the hot tub been in the living room which is extremely bizarre and makes the whole apartment damp. I’d booked this as a treat for my daughter and son in law after having their first baby. What an absolute disappointment for £260 per night. My daughter checked out late the same night due to no hot water. Maintenance did come round and emailed me saying hot tub was fine at 35 degrees and sent me a picture well you can’t shower and wash in a hot tub, and you at least expect a shower In A so called luxurious apartment. I was told they as disappointed my daughter had found alternate accommodation but wish me well with no hard feeling Well my feeling are pretty angry

No toiletries in the bathroom to start with. Had to walk outside from room to get to restaurant/lounge area. Drive is along a very narrow lane to get to the hotel.
