  Absolutely fantastic. On arrival, we met Billy and Julie. Sat chatting and made us a cup of tea .so friendly. The whole place is spotlessly clean and comfortable. With a home from home feeling.. The room has everything you could need. The bed was comfortable, and it was a great nights sleep. The bathroom has a good shower and toiletries Breakfast was delicious, full English cooked by Billy and served by Julie. Sat chatting with Billy and Julie prior to leaving. Such a lovely couple we left feeling we had known them for years. Free parking was a bonus. All in all fabulous.

  It was exactly what we needed for our two-night stay in Warrington. Very centrally located. Comfortable and clean. Love the decor! We stayed at The Old Post Office by Deuce before and were very happy to return.

  The breakfast was very good, plenty to eat. The location was a little ‘in the middle of nowhere’ but in a nice way.
