The host was very helpful and responsive to our questions before we arrived and the cleaner, who was on site on arrival, was also very personable and helpful. The location is absolutely great, 5 minute walk to the Train station where Metropolitan line and some overground services are available and Harrow bus station is right there too.

The apartment needs refurbishment. The general decor and the main bathroom are tired and need a freshen up. Also, the whole place needs a deep clean, there were cobwebs on the insides of the velux windows and in some of the corners of the ceilings. The outside of the apartment, in particular, needs to be completely cleaned up, powerwashed and painted. It was very offputting on arrival, to see the very messy and poor appearance outside.

The small apartment was very well equipped with all the necessary things. I liked that the channels were working on the TV. The staff was friendly and helpful.sofa beds were amazing. kids used them and the bedding was clean.

The triple room is quite small. Water from the tap is yellowish. The owner should have told us when we checked in. Best if they could have given us a bottle of water (for those who are uncomfortable with the yellowish water for drinking). The instant water heater is a bit noisy.

I was assigned a room at the end of the corridor. The smell in the corridor and living room is very pungent, like the smell left after fresh decoration. I had to open the windows all night to get some fresh air, but it still didn't help much. I can tolerate poor equipment such as no kettle, no hair dryer, etc., but I cannot understand and tolerate the unpleasant smell in the room. This was my worst experience so far and I regret choosing this hotel.
