A high-end hotel with excellent facilities, attentive staff, and comfortable rooms. The area is a very safe part of London, frequented by business workers and tourists. There are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Wembley Station, just about 200 meters away, offers numerous commuting options, making travel easy and convenient. I'd also recommend the breakfast. Fantastic selection. I had the full English a few days in a row. The Swim & spa area was excellent as was the Roof top bar, worth a visit.

There's no space in the mini-bar to store water, meaning our own liquids were warm. There was an ice bucket in the room and an ice machine located next to the lifts. This helped out, but we still could have been doing with an empty fridge.

The food in the pub next door was nice, the room we had was clean, there was parking available outside the accommodation. John, the owner, was helpful he let us have access to our room 2 hrs early

The top for the drainage in the shower was loose, it was more like a basic room than a cottage, there were holes in the quilt cover, I had to brush of muck from the bed. The pub didn't do breakfast and the nearest cafe is over 1 mile away despite that you get 10% discount for staying in the cottages

The shower head had a split in making it difficult to shower without soaking the bathroom, the tap on the sink was hanging off. The oven tripped the electric of so was unusable. The whole place was dirty. Then the gas run out so no hob heating or hot water. Tried to contact the owner several times by email and phone but no response. We were unable to wash up as no hot water so had to leave it all. Got the dustpan and brush out to sweep up and the handle fell off.

Very basic kitchen facilities, a towel would be handy for drying dishes. Had soft and uncomfortable beds, floors grubby outwith main passages, place needs a freshen up.
