Booked one night thinking it would be very basic budget hotel. Delighted to say we were greeted by lovely helpful reception staff . The hotel was within walking distance of a great Italian restaurant. We appreciated the parking , comfortable room and were delighted to be given a few breakfast snacks to take away as we had to leave really early. In all could not have been better

The property was beautifully furnished. Top quality furnishings and fittings. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Tracy and Simon are very welcoming hosts. The location is quiet, but close to the centre of Tetbury. It was great to sit out on the balcony in the sun - afternoon/evening.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The manager of the hotel, Sandra, is extremely kind and makes you feel at home, always willing to help.

The shower and toilet were down a few steps (they had no en suite available when I booked). The shower pressure was a bit low.

Stay was fine did exactly as we needed - a bed to sleep in for a large group. Was affordable and clean and close to the center.

Whoever is in charge of WhatsApp is very happy to reply very quickly when they were asking for your money or need something from you however the accomodation has since ignored all my messages regarding the deposit despite multiple attempts of contact. The only message response I've had is 'how can I help' and as soon as I queried the deposit situation AGAIN they read the message and have not replied. Will be raising with my credit card due to no reply.
