We stayed at the craigbank guesthouse sadly for only 1 night. The hosts were absolutely lovely, the house and room spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable a good night's sleep was had. The breakfast the following morning was very good, all freshly cooked and tasty. We wouldn't hesitate to stop here again

very welcoming. As soon as we arrived, the proprietor made us feel at home. The B&B was very clean. Our room was beautiful decorated. The breakfast was excellent. The proprietor went to some trouble getting gluten free and dairy free items for my daughter. We will definitely be returning.

Booked hotel because of it's proximity to Beamish. Hotel was welcoming, staff helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant on both nights and the meals were delicious. Beds were comfy, bathroom spotless. Also, plenty of parking.

Everything was great just the price of breakfast when you can go into port rush and get a full breakfast for a lot cheaper if you are staying more than 1 night and there are two of you it adds a lot on to the price off the stay

All bathrooms have nothing to dry your hands. The exhaust from the shower is really bad or maybe just not working at all, so it gets really steamy really quick without a window or a board to store your things. The mattress are pretty thin, foam and uncomfortable. When i arrived earlier then expected, i couldn't wait in the living room or somewhere in the hostel until the morning and was send away at 3.30 at night. Unfortunately had a super loud snoring person in the room and the rooms are very alert too.
