During my stay, there were a few aspects that left me quite disappointed. Firstly, the toiletries provided were inadequate—there was only body wash, with no shampoo or conditioner included. Additionally, the towels had an unpleasant odor and were damp, which gave the impression that they may have been reused rather than freshly laundered. The condition of the toilet was also concerning, with visible stains and mould. Lastly, the fine print regarding the additional £500 deposit, combined with a non-refundable £10 processing fee or a £30 waiver, felt quite misleading. It essentially forces guests to pay at least an extra £10, which seems unfair and deceptive on top of the advertised price.
