The house was spacious with lots of natural light. The beds and living spaces were comfortable, and importantly, there were plenty of bathrooms. It’s in an excellent location for walking in, hiring bikes, etc. The hosts were friendly and very responsive.

The bins outside were overflowing and hadn’t been kept as landfill and recycling. There was an annoying beep from the smoke detectors that we couldn’t get rid of. The ring doorbell could not be heard inside the property! The kitchen was not very well stocked… no cafetière, very little cutlery or glasses, and no dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid or tea towels. For a group of friends who like to breakfast well before heading out for the day, and clean up after ourselves, it was quite tricky!

The location is perfect, the Staff are friendly and helpful. The night porter even checked the back alley outside of my window when I thought heard someone tapping on my window at 2AM. Amazing man, and his colleagues too.

Our bedroom was a strange basement bedroom with a extra, completely empty room and a kitchen in the bedroom. You really felt like second class guests. The walk to the room takes you past rubbish and beer kegs! Our room was cold and heartless.

Odd decor, room with no windows won't be to everyone's taste. No kettle in room, no mugs, which I did not like. Red glow under bed can thankfully be switched off.

The hotel is very dated, the room smelt like no one had been in for a while. The shower was dirty and was marked with moled. For the standard of this hotel, it was very over priced. I would not stay in this hotel again.
