The room was an excellent size and well-appointed. Everywhere was very clean, and the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for walking to all parts of the city centre.

Honestly, nothing. It did take 20 minutes to get a poached egg at breakfast, but that is the only thing we can think of!.

Felt that a welcomed park would have been a good idea and TV remote in the bedroom doesn't work and instructions how to work the shower cause if you've never been in a caravan before you aren't gonna have a clue how it works to get hot water ect.

Checking in was a hassle. Upon booking I received a message stating the check in instructions would be sent the day before check in. The day before and I received nothing so I contacted the hosts who then advised instructions would be sent on the day of the booking. On the day of check in I did receive the check in instructions which stated: "Provide the cashier with the collection code that was sent to you in a separate message" There was no separate message so again I had to contact the hosts who then replied saying the code would be sent to me at the check in time 3pm. A level of flexibility if the apartment is ready would be appreciated - ie perhaps send the code an hour or so before check in so that the guests have everything they need in preparation instead of having to wait by a petrol station for a code to come through on booking.com. Either way clearer correct comms is needed to state when I will be getting what I need, rather than me having to chase. It also took us a little while to find the actual apartment as we had to go through an underground car park and it wasnt easily signposted (imo), so anything they could do to help in this regard would be appreciated - little map with arrows/pictures etc. Things that should be hopefully very simple to improve, otherwise good stay.

2 single beds pushed together we were expecting 1 large bed. The security were knocking on our door at 2am asking if someone was crying inside????? Obviously there wasn't!
