Nice property in great location the on site parking is a real bonus. Unfortunately for us the hot water system broke just before our stay and could not be repaired we were told we could relocate but as it was only a one night stay we opted to stay put and accept we only had cold water or could boil water to wash etc. We discussed this all with the host who was very apologetic and said she would arrange some discount. Unfortunately, things like this happen and no one is really to blame, overall the apartment was very nice, comfortable and in a great location for the city centre. Would certainly use it again if we came back to Oxford.

Lovely old inn tastefully restored. Exceptional attention to detail in rooms with thoughtful 'extras' including books to read, solitaire puzzles, Roberts radio. One of the comfiest hotel beds I've ever slept in! First class breakfast with wide choice including fresh fruit salad. Well kept draft beer. Staff friendly and efficient. Wished we could have stayed longer. Strongly recommend.

My stay at the Copthorne Aberdeen was amazing. All of the staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the full Scottish breakfasts were to die for! Couldn't have asked for more.

The receptionist was lovely. The place was clean and could not be more central, right outside the train station. The check in was easy and the breackfast was really good. All great and we will probably come back!

Everything was perfect! The only thing that was a bit strange is that some girls had alraedy taken our beds and we had to take different ones, but the receptionist was really kind and change this in a bit. Not the hostel fault anyways, just people being disrespectful.

The room was really small, the ‘shower’ didn’t drain properly so ran into the toilet area and generally made the whole area wet. The window around the shower and toilet was not private within the room as you can see straight into the toilet whilst lay on the bed. You should make it so there are actual bathrooms within the room and now just a window covering the toilet and shower. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything.
