Good location on a quiet street, not far to walk to King’s Cross St Pancras. Super comfy bed. Room was clean and neat although it was on the small side, but hey… it’s London so everything is tight and it’s not like you’re spending all day in there! They offer a space to store your luggage if you’re in town early or leaving later than checkout.

Location was good for the purpose of our stay. Safe parking. It is a lovely building and bar stays open for an after dinner drink. Clean rooms. I have to highlight the very clean carpets as well. Usually in these old buildings carpets have a funny smell, but not here. Very pleased with that.

There’s nothing wrong with the hotel, it provides basic functional rooms with a very clean environment. However, I found it a bit overpriced for what they provide. Breakfast was sufficient but wouldn’t call it lovely as other reviews mentioned. Very thin walls so you can hear the person next door moving around even if they are trying to be quiet. Probably just a characteristic of these old buildings.

Location is good, really close to but back from the main High street, next to M&S and Waitrose and not far from the station but has its own parking available. Room was not bad and reception was helpful. No dinning but plenty of options very close by (The Highwayman was good)

A perfect location, right in the centre of this picturesque little town. The room was very spacious and had a great ensuite bathroom with a separate toilet. The breakfast was the best we'd ever had - a beautifully presented plate with delicious food!

The name is misleading. It’s not luxury. Small room, which just fitted a double bed. But it was totally okay for the one night.
