  Modern room with comfy beds. A short walk to the beach & eateries for evening meal & breakfast. Dave the host was informative & in touch with us before we arrived to enable an easy entry to the property. We managed to park on the drive but easy parking on the road outside.

  The second room was okay, clean and looked fairly recently refurbished.

  The first room had a blocked sink and the toilet was dirty. When we asked the staff to help two younger girls weren’t sure what to do. Husband had to ask if he should call environmental health before they got the manager and swapped rooms for us.

  The room and the bathroom / toilet were just plain dirty. I don’t mind a small room and shared bathroom for that price but it costs little to nothing to do a really good deep clean. And boy does this hotel need it.
