  The property was beautiful, comfort was considered in every aspect, comfortable chairs to sit in and lovely bed, the bathroom had a shower and a bath, the layout of the property with its beautiful garden just made us feel as if we were in our own little oasis, the walk to Marazion took 5 mins. We were treated with fresh scones clotted cream and Jam, with everything for a lovely breakfast including freshly made croissants!

  A beautiful and spacious room with a splendid balcony. Comfortable and clean. The food at both breakfast and dinner was spot on.   Well laid out accommodation with fully equipped kitchenette and lovely welcome basket which catered for food intolerances. Plenty of space and home comforts including games.

  I feel that it could be enhanced further by the provision of fold up suitcase stands and a full length mirror as well as mats situated inside the main and patio doors for wiping feet and removing shoes.

  Breakfast was ok but no a great deal of choice, no cheese, yogurts , only processed sliced bread Location bed parking v good. Nice sunny terraces

  Shower was tiny and smallest shower head I’ve ever seen consequently very small flow Taps hot and cold instead of mixer taps. Whole bathroom could be updated / renewed . Furniture in bedroom old pine, worn and not nice.
