Dinner at the inn was delightful! Great food and service with big portion sizes. Can't recommend the venison enough! For a quick breakfast there is coffee shop right in front of the inn that serves take-out drinks and breakfast.

It was a fabulous looking hotel. Very trendy. Very clean. Great location. The staff were all really friendly and made our stay really comfortable. TV was good. Beds were really comfy. Room was perfect.

The only thing that bugged me was that there was no space to put my clothes. I would have liked a little unit or little set of drawers to unpack my clothes. An addition of a fridge would be a good idea.

The double bed was terrible big low in the middle,the room was ok but could here doors slamming till gone midnight, breakfast was good.

Garden was badly kept and sevice was poor due to one waiter not able to cope,quicker to go and order at the bar which then took for ever.Nice area

We had booked a room to stay after a wedding we attended near by so we got back to the hotel after 12am, we didn’t have our key card as we checked in before the wedding to leave our bags and our room wasn’t ready. The main door was locked and we rang the bell, there was about 4 staff members behind the bar area and they just stared at us and it took them another 5 minutes to open the door for us (it was raining) we were great by an extremely unhelpful staff member at the check in desk that abruptly asked what did we want (our bags were still at reception and not in our room) I told the staff member we needed our key card, he asked my name handed me the key card and turned away (I even had to ask what room we were in and how to get there) I asked was there water provided in our room and he abruptly said ‘probably’. My wife and I were embarrassed at how rude we had been treated and if it wasn’t after 12 am and I hadn’t already paid for our room early that day we would have paid the £50 for a taxi back to our own house. I work in the service industry myself and I am still embarrassed that staff that have chosen this career would have zero customer service about them.

The walls are like paper & was woken up early by people who obviously live in the building going to work etc The main front door to the building lock was also defective & locked open
