      Great location to the tube station and locations. Breakfast was lovely and hot - not a vast choice but what more do you need - and if you do there’s plenty of shops nearby to go somewhere else for breakfast. Bed was comfy a little small so if you don’t want to cuddle up to your other half get a twin! Room was nice, all the facilities you needed There’s tea and coffee near the reception if you need to replenish before the housekeeping. Yes there are some places that could do with a once over but don’t be a snob about it! - I’m sure someone could say the same about your house!

      A little noisy from the street but it’s London! and you can slightly hear the neighbours - just take some ear plugs! It is expensive for the stay, but you’re paying for the location and convenience which outweighed the money aspect of it.

      Comfortable beds Hotel is a nice building They have pool and steam room and jacuzzi facilities although the steam room was filthy with bits of silicon, dirt , mould , rubbish , phlegm and general filth from lack of regular cleaning Shame the housekeeper was a lovely employee with a smile and can do attitude when I asked for some milks in my room for coffee .

      The staff are rude . Somewhat hostile to English accents . The food particularly the steaks are dreadful . The bar and table service is disjointed and when I made a health and safety complaint instead of saying we will fix it they gaslighted me and pretended I was just complaining customer and couldn’t see the dirt . Also never got an upgrade and My emails said I was entitled to a free one as a good customer reward . Niamh on reception was unhelpful and got very passive aggressive and catty towards me when I asked for a room for 2 nights . Manager Shania was lovely in addressing my issues during my stay and offered me a free lunch but the staff didn’t know anything about it so made me pay fir it when it was supposed to be complimentary because of the experience I had . Stayed here many times with no issues and a great time but I have no idea why I was treated so poorly by staff when I needed to stay to go to work when my car was stolen . Really gave me a harder time when I was having a hard time . Niamh took exception to me booking the room through the blue light app in front of her as when I asked for a room for the night she told me hotel was fully booked when online it said availability . She was obviously embarrassed but that want my problem I was just trying to get a room for the night in between shifts ??? Real attitude problem at this hotel amongst its floor and reception staff . Room 604 needs the bathroom cleaned and some coffee in the room lol

      Staff in the rooftop bar were poor. Not very attentive. When we originally arrived, we were told that there were no rooms for us despite our booking. The initial option was to move us to another hotel 15 mins away. Beating in mind we booked for the location, this was not acceptable. The staff finally got rooms for us and I believe there was an upgrade without additional cost and one of the breakfasts was discounted due to the mix, so we got there in the end.
