The host, the dog, the rooms - so spacious and comfortable, the convenience, the location, the facilities, everything!! This has everything we needed for a short stay in London. Cannot recommend highly enough The fan over the bed was an absolute lifesaver in the heat, would love to come back when it's cold weather and give the hot tub and sauna a whirl.

Nothing - any problem we had was quickly resolved and we never felt put out at all, nothing was too much trouble for them. Maybe the soft furnishings could do with renewal. It is so hard to find a negative as it was so fantastic.

Having the private outdoor space in the glorious sunshine we had during our stay was just great. It was a good location with local amenities to hand. Very easy to check in and out. If we happen to be in the area again I wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again.

The rooms are perfect futuristic pods with everything you need! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, check-in was quick and easy. The location is absolutely perfect, right inside the terminal.

Very few guests staying in this large hotel but many located in same area. We had an adjoining room and guest next door may have well been in our room Noise from 6am with the common door having zero noise insulation.Othets guests had a late night so we were burnt at both ends of the night.
