The location of this accommodation is amazing, very central. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Overall the room, though basic, was comfortable and perfectly fine for a short stay as somewhere to rest your head for the night.

The decor of the hotel was very plain and basic. As were the rooms. They were also very small. The interior decor of the hotel could do with a makeover. Furthermore, the shower didn’t drain properly.

The hotel is sat almost on the sea front, very handy for catching the Scilly Island ferry (5 mins walk) and around a 10 minute walk from the bus and train stations. The room was generally clean and a comfortable bed.

Space in the room was a tad limited and no room for a chair so had to sit on the bed when having a drink or watching tv. The bathroom was adequate but nowhere to properly hang towels to dry after a shower other than two small door hooks.

Fabulous location with easy access to main roads for days out to explore nearby sites of interest. There are multiple options for dining, although not all open at the same times. Good value for money.

The key card locks were replaced during our stay. We were meant to be told in advance when they would be done but we were not informed and could not access our room. No real apologies just a simple "we are having problems with the new system. We twice had to have our keycards reactivated.

This is one of the most beautiful accommodations I have ever booked. Clean, fresh, cozy and comfortable. Michelle is a fantastic host and right from our arrival made us feel at home.
