Almost everything. In general the hotel is run as a hostel with low standards. The breakfast - food was all very low quality. Continental only. The dishes and cutlery were dirty with few exceptions. I had to clean them myself with hot water from the coffee urn and paper napkins. The prices for bars and drinks were extremely high. The room design was extremely inconvenient and awkward. The pillows were hard --- giving me sore back and shoulders every day. Light bulb in toilet cubicle was burned out for the entire 4 days. The hotel did not provide hand towels, only 2 bath towels and a bathmat. The maid seemed to think that the bathmats were hand towels. The room was not cleaned until very late in the day as they had hardly any cleaning staff and their priority was cleaning the rooms of guests who had left. For two days, our rooms were not cleaned, as we were in our rooms resting and getting ready to go out for dinner in the late afternoon.
