Welcome from the reception staff on arrival was very friendly and helpful. After a long journey this was nice to receive. Room was very comfortable and I always appreciate a room where they don't clear out the minibar even if I don't intend to use it. Breakfast was exceptional, and as a gluten free traveller there was plenty of selection. Location is excellent for Wembley attractions with the shopping mall just a few moments away. Even check out was friendly and personal. Will definitely recommend.

Recently refurbished hotel. Rooms are very clean and nice. We have got a spacious room in which we could unfold our carry-ons (in other nearby hotels one can not do so). Staff is nice and polite.

Beautiful location, wonderful old property with gorgeous charm. Great pool area and a really reasonable cost (£5pp) to use. Great view of the sea.

Bed was awful to sleep on, I could feel the springs. Ended up sleeping on top of the duvet for extra comfort. Might be just the room we were in though.

Hotel too far away from centre, our room and bathroom needed updating and our view was of numerous dustbins, avoid room 118. As I often find with hotels like this one they always think they are better than they actually are. Disappointing stay.

There was no kettle in the room . No parking which resulted in us getting a parking ticket and then having to park 3 streets away . The bed was souncomfortable we left a day early . Nothing exclusive about this place .

Lift didn't work. Basic for the inflated price due to cricket being on. Shower a bit rubbish. Almost no channels on the TV (no Channel 4, no BBC 4).
