Location suited us so it was okay for a quick stopover. Access wasn't an issue. Check-in instructions were clear and simple.

Think the cleaner opted to blitz the flat with Febreze rather than actually clean, or even change the bedsheets/bath mat. Could be a nice little flat if it wasn't for cheap fixtures and shortcuts in housekeeping. Sounds from hallway and neighbours coming in/out are heard loud n clear throughout the night. Roller blinds are huge - so it's a compromise from either being fully exposed or having no sunlight at all. If a peaceful night's sleep in a comfortable pad is important then I would probably look elsewhere within the area.

I was disappointed with the food available. I had a burger in the bar, it was greasy, the meat pattie was a processed, pre-packaged thing not fresh-made & expensive. Breakfast was included in the price of the room but bearly worth getting out of bed for. I arrived at 7.15 and there was not much left on the buffet. Everything needed refreshing, the tables were not promptly cleared - very poor effort.

Bit of a shock towards the end of checkout with the fee: would have preferred to have had this disclosed at the beginning of the stay for budgeting purposes.

The bedding. For the quality of property the bedding felt very cheap and the pillows were really very poor. All 5 of us found them very uncomfortable to sleep with. A mixture of feather and down pillows together with the pillows presently in the property would really enhance stays. Also the drive was desperately in need of holes being filled.

I had a fan (which I found tucked away in the cupboard in the room) that was broken, and no air conditioning, so it was extremely hot despite the weather outside actually being cooler than my bedroom. I could not open the windows due to the ground floor location (safety concerns) and noise from the bar across the street. The bedding was uncomfortable especially pillows. Overall fine for location as that was my main reason for booking, but the room was very disappointing
