We booked the accommodation last minute, traveling up the same day after bad weather stopped our camping trip. My 2 children, husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the bus stop. Something different, the bus was very comfortable and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. The Bustop has plenty of land for children to explore, we particularly like being able to BBQ even our breakfasts on the gas grill. There was plenty of televisions for when the rain hit, everyone had room to spread out.

Our only negative of the stay was the road upto the property which was in a bad condition with pot holes. This would be a problem for small or low vehicles. We did mention this to the host who was very much aware but due to building works on another property and hopes it will be sorted soon

Great location with a very nice view from the room. The front garden is well kept and a nice place to sit and relax with your morning coffee. The rooms are nice and spacious, good decor and clean. No problems with parking and nice quiet road in the evening. The hosts are very welcoming, and it's nice that they remember you from previous visits. Breakfast is great and sets you up for the day! :) I would definitely recommend staying here and would always be happy to return.

Great location. 10min tube from London St pancreas and a 10min walk to the hostel. Very easy to find. Best hostel experience ever! Clean, every comfortable and we had huge fans to keep us cool at night as can get hot on dorm rooms. Bathroom clean and has soap. Has luggage storage, kitchen and washing facilities.

The self check in and no messing waiting for keys was a god send. The room was decorated nice and modern, and the fact it was so close to everything was fantastic. Supplied towels, wash and a really good coffee machine for all to use rather than a crappy kettle and cheap condiments in the room.

Wasn’t very clean. There was a lot of loose hair in the room very dark hair in the bedding and we’re all fair. The shower curtain drenched most of the bathroom as it didn’t fit and we only had a little bit of toilet roll and no replacement.

there is no buggy/disable access. the staff was not that helpful. I had a new born with my and all my luggage. they said to me upon arrival that they life would not fit us in and we needed to leave the buggy at reception which I did not feel comfortable doing as my buggy cost a lot of money, they did not even ask if we needed help with our stuff to the room as they could see we had our hands full. The lift only goes to half floors so if you wanted to go to floor 2 you would have to go to floor 3 they go down the stairs to 2. The cot that they gave use had stains in it and we ended up telling them to remove the cot from the room. The hair drier in the bathroom was not great at all and hardly worked. Will definitely not be staying there again

Room wasn’t cleaned for the two nights we stayed … bins not emptied and sanitary waste not removed… for the money we spent the room looked nothing like the pics with nice bed throws etc on ….
