brilliant little hotel. kettle and coffee pod machine in the room, along with bottled water and a couple snacks. large smart tv. beds are comfy and clean, lovely soft feather pillows. even just the standard rooms come with a bathtub and separate shower cubicle with a high pressure shower head. towels are soft and fluffy- in my opinion there’s nothing worse than a hard scratchy towel after a hot shower! high quality shampoo, body wash etc. very clean and the decor throughout the place is very boujee. staff were very friendly and helpful. can’t comment on the breakfast as i didn’t partake. room service is offered from the bar along with an all day pizza menu.

only small complaint is that the tv was a bit temperamental at first, it was a bit slow and wasn’t giving any sound. however this was soon sorted out by a staff member upon asking what was wrong. he did say that this was a common issue with them if previous guests leave their accounts logged in but just needs to be reset and it worked fine afterwards.

There was so much space for 7 adults, 3 kids and 3 dogs. With a games room and hot tub, everyone was kept entertained whilst we shielded from the rain indoors. It was a short 10mins walk to the beach albeit a small steep hill on the way back. We had a wonderful stay in the fully equipped house.

The beds weren't the most comfy. We could feel the springs in most of them. But the pros outweighed the con.

The location here was 100% where we needed to be based on the price point! To be any better would be a significant change in cost at another hotel!

Had a minor issue with operating the heating on arrival. Didn't take long to sort out thanks to the efficient maintenance staff.

Breakfast doesn't start until 10am which is enough to put us off going back As it is such a late start everyone arrives at the same time putting pressure on the kitchen with the result we waited 40 minutes for our food to arrive No offer of cereal either which would have helped to fill in the waiting time

The staff seemed indifferent to the clients’ issues, a fact that was quite apparent from their lackluster reactions and demeanor. It gave the impression of an automated self-check-in experience.
