My daughter travelled to my Mum's / her Granny's funeral when I couldn't because of my disability pain. The Staff, especially Carly, the Manager, were SO amazing, friendly, caring and professional. The location was perfect. The bed was comfy. The bar staff very helpful. My daughter (21) felt safe and looked after (her first time alone in a hotel and far from home).

The breakfast tasted good 👍 but my daughter did say that there could have been more variety, e.g. black pudding, haggis, other styles of eggs, not just scrambled.

There wasn't anything we didn't like at the Exchange. The people and facilities were perfect warm welcoming professional from check in to check out. The breakfast was superb and the hotel is very accessible. Public transport is a stones throw away. The helpful staff also keep an eye on our bags after check out thanks Exchange you made our stay in Cardiff a joy.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, clean and quiet room. The tea and coffee set up in the room was exceptional, never had so much choice! The bed was very comfortable, and it was surprisingly quiet considering it's a pub. The cooked breakfast was excellent and I'd stay here again simply because of the breakfast!

The apartment was a good size with oven and microwave available. The twin beds were comfortable. The apartment was very clean and tidy. A supermarket was close by.
