  Breakfast very mean lady, she refused to give me an omelette, saying only on weekends. You had a very kind waiter named Haroon, when I asked him he got it made with pancakes for my daughter. She was terrible rude, and kept coming back to my table hurrying us up and taking the food off our table made me feel very uncomfortable and would not return because of her behaviour! I am a paying customer like everyone. Treat all your customers fairly please!

  This Tyne terrace flat was perfect for us to meet up with family in the area. The kids loved their "holiday house". The house was well decorated and clean with a nice kitchen and very comfy beds. The location is great for visiting Saltwell Park and there are very frequent buses to the Quayside and Newcastle. Just a bit further away there is Beamish Museum and there are fantastic beaches North and South of the Tyne for day trips.

  Because it is a terrace, the soundproofing from the neighbours isn't great so loud voices can carry through the walls. If you are a very or moderately light sleeper we would recommend earphones or ear plugs.

  The checkout time of 10am is bit too early as comapred to check in at 1500. It should be 11am if not noon.

  Location to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate tube station are as described. Was given a single room on a level higher than ground as requested. Room was small(as described) but was was well designed and comfortable . I felt safe as a single staying here.

  We were supposed to go out with public transport because they told us there was no parking in the place

  At least they must try to make the place to be clean they must consider people with a disability I was struggling with my son to go upstairs I did complain to booking.com somebody who was speaking to me dropped the phone on me I am not happy with his service
