The location to the arena can not be faulted. We were back within 10 minutes of leaving the venue. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom appears to be fairly new. However, the room we were in, room 1, is classed as a deluxe double. Well, it's a double, and that's all. Parking is a real issue as there's 3 bedrooms at the house but only 1 space and so it's first come, first served. There's a tv but no aerial. You can only watch iplayer, or youtube or itvx. Look, it did its job for one night at a concert, and we slept well, but it looks very much more like student digs than a luxury double bedroom. There's even a computer table and chair in the room. Free WiFi is a positive. The really big plus was the communication, loads of emails advising how to get there, how to get the keys, and so on. Even got a text early evening to make sure we got in OK. Nice touch.

The property’s location is absolutely brilliant. It’s only a short walk to South Kensington Underground Station. There are plenty of good places to eat from high end to the local pub and more. We really liked to communal lounge and terrace. The rooms are also well appointed.

This is a very good place for a one night stay close to the airport. 6 minutes walk to tram station. Breakfast available, free coffee and tea. Simple food and alcoholic beverage available. Room small but clever designed, good shower

Breakfast could be a little better. Scrambled eggs could be better, the fruit salad was very small and dry, needed some yogurt/honey perhaps.
