We liked that the bed was big and you had the option to go to the bar next door that was attached to the hotel. A lot of the staff were lovely and helped out how they could with the issues we had.

We didn't like how we were on the 4th floor because the lifts were extremely slow and the stair were huge, I have a disability so I had to frequently go back to the room to rest but the lifts took so long to arrive I may as well have taken the stairs. We had booked in for 3 nights and only ended up staying the 1, when we returned to the hotel that evening after being at the bar that was attached, I was stopped by security, I had my age questioned, if I was staying in the hotel, if I had a room key, I felt like I was about to be kicked out, they only stopped questioning me once I proved I had my room key and the booking was under my name. At 2 am we were woken up to someone aggressively banging on doors and shouting, I was so scared I had to call security and they arrived after 15 minutes. We got woken up again at 4am to the people in the room next door screaming and shouting at each other and I was again scared and tired and honestly if trains were running we would have left then and there, security didn't come up a 2nd time. After checking out early we only got a refund for 1 of the nights when we checked out before 10 and should have gotten 2 nights cost back.
