Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  No breakfast option also no staff in morning. When we arrived the room smelt disgusting made my eyes water and then the door was faulty wouldn’t lock. The bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. The whole hotel is outdated and was so hot it made us feel uncomfortable it all look deserted perfect location and sea view was beautiful I would never stay here again!

  Room was clean with comfortable beds and the view from the room was beautiful and totally unexpected. Addition of tea and coffee was very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, all of the staff being most helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend your lovely hotel. Many thanks for an enjoyable holiday

  From a safety point of view would recommend a hand rail be fitted in the bath/ shower, also another small shelf for personal toiletries would be useful .

  Location was perfect for what we needed! Kitchen was well equipped and the whole stay was hassle free which is exactly what we needed for our stay in Rugby. Rooms were spacious and relaxing. I liked that there were 2 bathrooms with showers so that there was no problem with getting in and overall was a great stay.

  Parking would’ve been tight if there were other cars but we were lucky and could easily park for our time there.

  The look and feel of the apartment with nice facilities . The mezzanine upstairs was lovely. It was in a great location, only 3 minutes walk to city centre and nightlife.
