Comfortable and spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of parking. Good wifi connectiin. Well situated for us, with but a 500 metre walk to all that Cardiff Bay has to offer, which includes a frequent bus service to the centre of town.

I wanted a low cost room on my way south and this venue provided that. The free wifi worked adequately, unlike some Travel Inns and Travelodge's I have stayed at. I was able to have a beer at the bar downstairs once I got there.

There was a chinese take away just up the street but I did not realise that it only accepted cash, so could not use it. Just a pointer to anyone else, cash is needed.

Ideal location, was clean and tidy, only thing to let it down was the long dark hair we found under the duvet and the plug was jammed in the sink so couldn't be removed, but tbh it didn't affect our stay.

Tom was very welcoming and helpful. The location was fantastic, very close to tourist attractions and restaurants nearby. All walking distance away. Breakfast was nice, lots of options.

An attractive old building, on a busy road but In nice grounds 20 minutes walk from the centre of lovely Lichfield.

The quite small room had dirty marks and stains down the walls. It was a lot of money for a room of this standard with not even a continental breakfast included. We'd mentioned a couple of times that it was our wedding night so had hoped for a nicer room or some small gesture to acknowledge our special day.

Room right next to reception and thin walls meant the room was particularly noisy, especially every time an underground train came into the station nearby!

the water tempature was too hot, the shower was diffult to control safely and did not drain well. some of the items in the kitchen needed washing before use.
