On site safe parking very friendly, welcoming hosts who showed us around and were easily available for any help needed clean, well-equipped kitchen with good lighting and bonus milk, coffee, tea and wine left for us! good beds and crisp cotton bedding a bath separate to the shower practical extras often not seen in rental properties such as hooks on doors, bathroom cabinet and wastepaper bins perfect location for us near to places to visit and with an excellent local pub lovely balcony although unfortunately it was a bit chilly for us to use it on this visit.

Everything had been thought of so little to comment - Some additional cushions on the sofas would be helpful for backs that need a bit more support!

The hotel didn't look clean, disorganized, shortage of stall. The room was small but comfortable. I phoned in advance to check about parking. He advised me there was plenty of parting, he didn't say it was on the local streets. We arrive mid afternoon, there was no parking anywhere in the village. We when round and round and round and eventually, manage to get a space as someone else was leaving, some distance from the hotel. Through out the day there was no parking. Didn't take a meal there, evening or breakfast, didn't look the clean.

Stayed in Orange Pippin. - Easy to find and access - Roxy was a warm host, thank you! - Spotlessly clean room with lots of natural light. - Comfortable bed - Excellent large bath (accommodated my 6'5 partner) and shower. - Lovely amenities - Loved the honesty bar - Near to local pubs and eateries. Also many walks in beautiful countryside - Welcome pack very helpful - Didn't have chance for breakfast due to work commitments. - Lovely garden at the back with plenty of seating

If I was being very, very picky, there were no milk sachets in the room with a sign to ask for fresh milk. May be useful to have a couple of sachets, but this is a preference of mine due to staying in chain hotels more often.

Thank you we loved our stay, everything was nice. Despite 3pm check in reception allowed us to check in early. Breakfast was good, beds very comfortable. Nice bathroom too. There was a kettle in our room and it's a definite plus- as we love to have our tea in the eve. Also there was an option to have some snacks late in the evening at the lobby. We didn't make use of it , but there's a tram stop to the center right outside the hotel.

No breakfast provided. Location good for people with a car. When we booked we thought it was on the ground floor. Long, steep flight of stairs. Great care should be taken when stepping out of shower (about a 9 inch drop)

Booked this room, the. Realised I had booked an accessible room by mistake. I immediately messages the hotel to see if I could request a regular room instead. I was very nicely informed that if they had availability they would switch me to a regular double no problem. When we arrived at the hotel a lovely young man helped us to check in and I asked him if any regular doubles were available. He went over to ask a more senior guy (who was also in the lobby so we could see him asking). The other man made a horrible face and batted the guy away with his hand. The initial guy came back and told us there were no regular double rooms available. This was very disappointing because it really looked like no effort had been made to check and when I was looking online regularly double rooms were still available so it appears as if they were lying. Very disappointing reception, shame on that manager guy who didn’t even check if different room was available. They send all these whatsappps like they’re there for you and helpful but they’re not. So when we eventually get to our disability access room (2 able people). The room is incredibly basic not even a table or a stand. Just some pegs on the wall. The lighting was all or nothing, no way to put a lamp or lower lights on. So it was either light or complete darkness. Then when we committed to darkenss very annoying green light stayed on in the ceiling which was disturbing to our sleep. Only positive is the shower was hot and switch good pressure and the outside and reception looked modern. Very poor experience overall, wouldn’t recommend Zedwell Greenwich

Breakfast was excellent but it was an extra payment of £8, which was a surprise as the property advertised itself as a B&B

It was fine for me, but you should stipulate that there is a lot of stairs to get to your room.
