I did like the wood panelling inside very nice and it was very clean and the cutlery was ornate the beds were comfortable and it had nice decking The TV was providing a vast array of channels and there was dvds and games to play It was in a nice area under the trees The site has a shop open until 5.30 pm there was a restaurant which was large and swimming pool a gym and tennis courts and outside pool The gentleman who owns the caravan was most helpful and helped me with the heating

very close to the sea. Perfect location within reach of local shops and bars. Self catering facilities were very good. Large fridge freezer. oven and cooker top (only 2 rings but very good). very good all in all.

Sofa/sofabed not very comfortable. Stairs were quite steep so my elderly mother was unable to negotiate them. only 2 ceramic hobs on the cooker top so not suitable for cooking large amounts of food but was good for my needs.

Location was very good with easy access to the ferry terminal, Albert Dock and central shopping hub nearby. Room was large and the bed comfortable. It was all very clean.

Breakfast was basic but Ok. Our room was nicely decorated and clean.

Self check in was not friendly and caused a problem for us. No lounge area, just one armchair at bottom of stairs in entry. Staff at breakfast not properly trained. Butter pats just unceremoniously dumped onto our table. Young man serving up breakfast, obviously had no training in hospitality. No friendly faces. Very impersonal. The dining room was very small and did not match the photo on website. Just a money making business with no effort at even feigning friendliness. Spoke to another guest who complained at length to me about her room being dirty and the doona cover having a rip in it. She also commented on her astonishment at the butter pats being just dumped on the table. (Should have been in a small dish). I did not start the conversation with her. She obviously needed someone to air her grievances and chose me. I told her my room was clean and sympathised with her problems. The owners should have been there to shoulder these complaints.

The room was adjoining with another, with only a door separating and the neighbour was very loud so I had to change rooms at midnight. The new room had a very old sink with many cracks in it.
