Clear and detailed communication beforehand, very easy access etc (though impersonal once there). Good location and reasonable price for the area. Quirky decor with some nice touches. Great to have a little fridge. Useful sensor light above wardrobe area.

Lots of road noise from around 6am (the bar did not bother us at all as we stayed early in the week) - earplugs are provided though. Enormous thick duvet - it was already quite warm in mid-May. A standing fan would have really helped with the temperature and the noise as we wouldn't have needed to have the window open and would have provided some white noise. Rainfall shower which is not so good if you don't want to wet your hair - mid-height hose wrongly positioned to be an alternative. Little space for toiletries and more than one towel in bathroom. Dark walls made it hard to see even with bright lights on. Tiny teacups which were cute but need a pot to actually brew tea. My husband didn't like that there was a footboard on the bed as he was too tall for it. Wifi did not work.

The bed was amazing and the room size was more then we thought we would get. Staff were lovely and helpful. The room was clean, had everything we could have needed.

There isn't much lighting in the main part of the room and so you end up moving lamps about. The plugs are all in weird places. The first look of the place is what put us off as there is apartment over the top of the hotel, which you wouldn't know until you arrive and because of the rubbish, bottle and personal items against the windows you kind of wonder what your about to walk in to.

Location was perfect👌. Everything we needed was in the apartment, having the likes of washing liquid, cloth, sponge, hand soap etc is so great.

They only downside I found was lack of electric sockets in rooms for us ladies with hairs straighteners and for the likes of phone chargers. Wouldn't pimut me off though, would definitely return.

We arrived at the hotel no one there to book us in for 20 mins.then our room was a standard not a twin which I requested. told you can only have whats available that's not good .couldn't get near the window or the curtains..fire hazard.we was moved to a twin bedroom the next day.had to leave a day early with the stress.£400. not good Catherine Price

Shower not a lot of water coming out Quilt it was a winter quilt. It was too cold to sleep without it but too thick yo sleep with it. We both had a bad nights sleep as there was no blanket to use as sn alternative
