Our room was really clean and comfortable with a lovely en-suite bathroom. It had kettle/tea/coffee facilities and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast options were excellent, plentiful and very tasty. This accommodation is in a quiet position in the town but really close to all amenities and places to eat and drink. On site parking was a bonus and there was a lovely seating area outside.

Loved the location & accommodation was beautiful 😍 and very spacious & modern . Had everything you needed in there ie kitchen all facilities were absolutely excellent. All clean and a very light central apartment . Everything at hand, plus in the middle of town. 5 minutes walk to beach amd pier. Lovely fish & chip shops plus beautiful Indian resteraunt nearby. Loved it.

Only downside was sleep quality wasn't the best. 😐 mattress so worn down double bed dipped in centre. The rest was the best. Also if you like it quiet this is nit the place to stay, it's quote noisy, even from early hours of morning, I say from around 5, a lot going on & quote noisy but if windows completely shut am sure will be quieter.

The property was close to all the amenities at the north bay side of Scarborough and the cricket ground is just behind. The property was well furnished and had good self catering facilities.

The bathroom was a wet room, the whole floor got wet when using the shower so tge sink and toilet area were soaked. The bed could have been a bit bigger, the screen and metal shelves on the wall were unnecessary, just in the way. The front of the property needs a tidy and sweep, first impressions count.

2 minute walk from a beautiful beach. Friendly staff. The family room was excellent with a separate room for the kids, large bathroom and very comfortable beds.

Property was really good but Fairbourne is very quiet. The journey to Barmouth can be about an hour, even though it’s a mile or so as the crow flies - it’s much longer by car as you have to go all around the estuary (about £40 in a taxi)
