Reception staff were very friendly & gave lots of information about the hotel & surrounding area. The little book with the local map & money saving vouchers/discounts was great along with the little touches of free 'treats' in reception & the choccies on the bed. The lift was an added bonus as a lot of the older hotels don't offer this. My partner has mobility issues - he could manage the outdoor steps as a good rail is outside but would not have been able to do any upstairs room so the lift was 👍🏻. Nice & clean room & perfectly functionable for our night stay. Best of all, the location. Would definitely return.

The hotel is a lovely old building but is looking a little tired inside & out - guessing this is the reason the scaffolding is up.

The location is exceptional, very close to the Pimlico station underground in a quiet neighborhood full of every shop or service you may need, pharmacy, super markets, cafés etc Our room was clean and we had a nice sleep, the bed was comfortable. Daily cleaning. Good choice if you want to save money, want a convenient location and room with private bathroom.

There were some basic things missing from the room. First of all a little fridge is needed. There was broken equipment (half door missing from the wardrobe, ok let's say this is not a big deal). The cover of the toilet trash can was broken too, and the hairdryer didn't work at all. They should check better the full functionality of their rooms and not only rely on the good location and the relatively low price.

We had everything we needed, we didn't use the cooking facilities but everything seemed to be there. This is also in a great location, there really was a community spirit around. We used the local shop, had breakfast around the corner and a couple of drinks at the pub across the road, all were very good.

Good sized carpark with enough spaces. Rooms clean and tidy, receptionist pleasant and helpful. (Advised me best way to get to St James Park). Decided to eat in barblanc and guests receive a discount upon showing room key. Food was lovely.

Absolutely great service from the 'front desk' team, smiling and very helpfull. The location was excellent, too - only a few minutes walk to the Haymarket station (easy for tram and various airport transport)

The carpet in the 'hall' leading to the rooms were dirty and really poor. But the frontdesk team told us that it was to be changed shortly.

Being charged different prices for the same round of drinks each time qas different. There was a garden party on day and evening. One order was a massive difference of nearly £6. A round being a glass of rose, large is 175ml and a pint of Peroni. We were charged in all over £100 just on drinks for for 2 people in an afternoon/early evening, which was absolutely extortionate. Not sure what was going on there. We won't be returning because of this, which is a shame because the food and rooms are great!

Hous attached to the barn with cows, the smell did not allowed us to stay in the garden. We were not allowed to use hot bath tab after 9.30pm, we were not allowed to listen to the music during the day, although the neighbours were not at home.
