      Our expectations were exceeded. The couple who run the guest house were very accommodating, friendly, attentive and always available for a chat. They provided information for excursions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and could be customized. When we asked for a breakfast package for a day trip and we had to leave early, they even brought it to us in the city. Many thanks again for that. The accommodation was in a quiet residential area, between the harbor/pier and the city center. It was nice to come back after a day in the busy city center. Good connections. About 10 minutes by foot to the bus. And from there to the city about 15 min. Buses run regularly. We really enjoyed it and would come back anytime.

      Comfortable older style Hotel…wonderful staff, always happy to please especially Sarah in the restaurant and the girls in Reception, very helpful and obliging at all times…near to public transport..

      No fridge, no phone, no central heating switched on, no lift, poor girls had to struggle up the stairs with our main bags… Dreadfully dangerous hot water system, very easy to scald yourself in the bathroom..WH&S issue..

      Hotel was very tired! Bedside lights didn't work. Smoke alarm hanging from ceiling. Bare wire coming out of wall. Not great at all!
