Great location, round the corner from EICC, walk into town and bus stop across the road and lots of good restaurants nearby. Loved staying in a a building with character rather than a soulless hotel room and it was great to have a microwave and sofa. Loved the artwork. Amazing bathroom and shower.really well stocked kitchen if you want to cook.

Very large room, good location close to sea front & excellent breakfast.

Parking can be challenging as even with a permit, which the hotel provide, spaces are limited in local narrow streets. Hotel is spread over different buildings and the Strattons identity is lost making it diff to locate.

Quirky historic round tower. Room very tasteful and comfy.

Location - we’d had a long drive and wanted to go for a walk and stretch our legs but as you leave the property you are on an extremely busy road with little pedestrian access.

House is lovely and spacious and location is great.

We were there for two nights but could only use hot tub on second night as it wasn’t warm enough the first night. We climbed Ben Nevis but there wasn’t enough hot water for us all to shower when we came home. We could boost the hot water but was pretty uncomfortable having to wait an hour. Also there were ants which meant we had to through some food away. We complained afterwards but received no apology- disappointing as everything else was lovely.
