Good parking, easy entry and clean public areas, nice to be on the top floor, the building wasn't busy at all. Handy to have a fridge and decent kitchen with basic equipment, it would be great with young kids.

There was a slight whiff of drains in the bathroom, this may have been because the apartment hadn't been used for a while, other than that the place was basic, clean and tidy. The front door to the foyer was never secure while we were there, latched open, didn't cause an issue I noticed though.

super friendly staff, the room was located upstairs from the bar, also queit and dogs allowed. Food available and very tranquil location. Looked like a popular place to be, and exceeded my expectations.

to be honest cannot fault anything, price maybe a bit on the high side, but that comes into effect during peak season, as other places to stay were also higher price. Aswell the booking was made late, yet the experience was worth the value, nice clean warm room and breakfast included .

We liked everything although some kitchen utensils were not very helpful no tin opener no stew spoon and the pans weren't designed for a family of 7

We didn't like been accused of leaving the caravan dirty I cleaned the fridge the cooker before we left the only thing I forgot to clean was the grill pan which I explained to the cleaner I was sorry I stripped the beds and swept the floors also washed up and rinsed the shower out and checked the toilets my son accidentally broke the cheap metal towel holder located in the toilet alone and the scissors broke in my hand I will pay for those breakages but nothing else because I know how we left the caravan and in all honesty the caravan was in good shape considering I have 6 kids under the ages of 12 4 registered disabled

Really poor customer service from the night manager, Malik, he made our stay horrendous, at the point to call the police and lie to kick us out at 2am while me and my partner was asleep….he really was unprofessional and rude. The room was never cleaned after asking them twice to do so. We had a horrible experience, while it was supposed to be a special occasion as it was my partner’s birthday. We will never ever come back to any of Clayton hotel branches. For a 4 stars hotel I think is ridiculous. All we got for compensation was an hour free late check out and some croissants.
