  Location. Free parking. Comfortable bed. Clean. Good size room. Shower was good. Housekeeping lady was really lovely and very helpful. Receptionist on our arrival again lovely and friendly.

  Room was very hot and stuffy. Had a fan which didn’t help and we could only open the window a tiny gap and it wasn’t particularly hot outside. We felt it was more a business hotel than a leisure break hotel and you could hear the early risers for work. Wasn’t a problem for us but might for late risers! No biscuits and not enough coffee/teabags/milk but most hotels are like that. Breakfast wasn’t the best and although it says service till 9am (which we have always presumed that meant you could walk in at 5 to 9 without any issues) however they clear away at 9am on the dot. So literally everything is cleared - bread/toaster, fruit, yogurt, muffins etc and you don’t get a chance to eat anything else - one lovely breakfast lady said she would leave the coffee and hot water out so we did get a second drink and checked we were ok for everything else before clearing away. However the next day the breakfast lady started clearing away before we (and other guests) had even finished our cooked breakfast and didn’t tell us she was doing so - we felt we were rushed (and we didn’t arrive late) and it wasn’t a relaxed breakfast - so no second drink or toast etc! Could do with a hand rail as you step in/out of bath/shower - again bath/shower can be slippery and most hotels have one on the wall. We personally wouldn’t stay again due to the room temperature which staff agreed the rooms are warm and the breakfast feeling rushed.

  Lovely breakfast and sea views while I was eating. Beach right on the doorstep as was the chippy! Hosts were great, friendly, helpful and caring (I travelled for a funeral.)

  Great location in the centre with Tram stop right outside. Rooms very small but good facilities for short stay. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning a bonus for warm weather.

  Bedroom was very dusty - myself and my partner woke up swollen both mornings due to dust mite allergy. Shower could be better. Staff on reception were not very friendly when asked about fire alarm which went off at 5am.
